The support teams are currently responsible for the following tasks:

• Central point of contact for all desk related queries.
• General oversight of all MSPS KRI & Service Levels.
• Trade Completion.
• Price/Position amendments excl. Vanilla Equity.
• General Liaison between BU and Back Office groups.
• Risk (ERREC) Reconciliations.
• T0 (RP) Reconciliation.
• Wash account Reconciliation.
• Swaps Reconciliation.
• Life Cycle Support Loans & Claims events.
• Understanding Market Practise.
• New Product Support and Maintenance.
• Legal and Compliance Issues.
• Testing Trading Scenarios.
• Statistical Reporting/Metrics for products.
• Operational Risk Reconciliation.
• Determining and closure on bank debt.
