Vincent L. Coniglio, President

Started his real estate career on Wall Street in the mid 1960's with E.F. Hutton, then with a merchant bank (Dura Associates) as Vice President of the New Ventures division handling international finance and real estate development. In the 1970's, he moved to California as Vice President of First Financial Mortgage Servicing Corporation in the builder subdivision department. He then went on to another national mortgage banker, Champion Mortgage Companies as Vice President of the corporation. He was later promoted to President, a position he held for 14 years. He was also a guest speaker at various mortgage industry conventions several times a year for ten years. In the early 1990's, he was brought into the RTC via contract as a lead asset auditor and senior underwriter for supervised institutions.

The Resolution Trust Company was set up by the U. S. Government to audit, close, and take to market any recoverable assets from all savings and loans. More than 3,500 S&L's were shut down permanently.

In early 2000, 360 Enhancers Company was established, with Mr. Coniglio as President. This mortgage banking firm was heavily involved in industry research and the design of "fee based, closed-end, industry specific, regulatory neutral income streams" for clients. Over the last 8 years the firm evolved into a corporation and where it is today.

As a young man on Wall Street, Mr. Coniglio had a very close friend and mentor who guided his education and career. Mr. Patrick B. McGinnis, a partner to Lord M. Keynes (the Keynesian system of economics) both of whom came here from England, and together they charted the course to pull the U. S. out of the 1929 depression.
