Then, later with a merchant bank (Dura Associates) as Vice President of the New Ventures division handling international finance and real estate developments. In the 1970's, Mr. Coniglio moved to California and continued his career as Vice President of First Financial Mortgage Servicing Corporation, focusing his experience in the Builder Subdivision department. He then went on to another national mortgage banker, Champion Mortgage Companies, as President, a position he held for 14 years. In the early 1990's, he was brought into the RTC via contract as a Lead Asset Auditor and Senior Underwriter for supervised institutions.

The U. S. Government established the Resolution Trust Company (RTC) in the 1980’s. The RTC audited Savings and Loans and closed insolvent institutions and took to market recoverable assets. More than 3,500 Savings and Loans were permanently discontinued.

In early 2000’s, Mr. Coniglio, as President, established 360 Enhancers Company. This mortgage-banking firm was heavily involved in industry research and designed “Fee Based, Closed-End, Industry Specific, Regulatory Neutral Income Streams” for clients. Over the last 8 years, this firm evolved into the corporation, as it is known today.

As a young man on Wall Street, Mr. Coniglio held close association with his friend and mentor Mr. Patrick B. McGinnis who helped guide his education and career. McGinnis partnered with Lord M. Keynes (
architect of the Keynesian System of Economics). Both Mr. McGinnis and Mr. Keynes came from England and together, charted the course to steer America out of the 1929 depression.
